My mastiff cost me $216 per year for insurance (no loss cvg-liability only as req. by state) and plates for one year cost me $36. Michigan doesn't have vehicle inspections.

mine is $55.00 year for tabs, $550 year for full coverage insurance,

no vehicle inspections , only non M/C smog inspection every 2 years.

3 years ago a group lobbied and got passed a $30 flat rate for all vehice tabs, used to be based on value of vehicle, so if yo could afford a $100,000 car, then you paid alot for tabs. worked pretty well. after the state lost soo much of their revenue, they started adding transit taxes, road taxes, ect....

now everything I own cost me MORE than before!!! damn rich people always leave us working class to pay for everything...

so a lot of the states don't have official vehicle inspections then Question

over here we have the dreaded MOT (£23) once yearly for vehicles over 3 years old, and also have to pay road tax yearly (£60 a year for the MZ)

and of course insurance (full cover for me is £150 a year)

£233 for the year, not bad really. . .

I pay £329 sterling per year for fully comprehensive insurance (48 years old, clean licence, living in London, bike garaged). Where do you get your insurance - maybe I should shop with them... Bike is brand new Baghira, declared value £4500 sterling.
