if you have the old original

show it to a dealer for one of the made in italy brands
mc or scooter

or show me a picture i may know where it is also used

try vespa or aprilia dealer or a harley shop that has buell blast

or drill out the ribits and clean the contact points inside
and it may hoot again

but put a 12volt lamp on the wires that feed it ...push horn button with key on and see if it is getting power first

Don't be to fanatical to get an original horn.
The horn on my Scorpion Traveller caused a short-circuit and blew the main fuse, while I was riding on freeway.
And I tell you, it took some time before I realised what had caused the down.
