Baghira Front brake light switch problem

Has anyone else had to replace the switch that turns the brake light on when using the front brake? My Baghira only has 8k miles.

mine failed. switch was in stock at KTM dealer for $7.50. fits LC4 dual sport pre 99 or something. the KTM's used Domino controls also
