Hello All

Thought I better say hello as I just joined!

I bought an MZ Baghira Streetmoto 03 on Saturday and really do think its a fantastic bike!

I've never had a bike before that was as confidence inspiring in the rain as one of these!

It's also good for my driving licience - I've been caught a few times speeding on my GPZ1100S and needed something that couldn't land me in jail!

I've got a fair few questions regarding modifications but I won't ask everything in one go! Smile

One question though - how many Yamaha Parts fit with one of these?

I know the Engine is based on the XT660, but does that mean all Yamaha bits fit?

I also noticed that the front brake is a Yamaha model, R1 Disc and Caliper?

Anything else I can get from the Yamaha parts bin?

All the engine parts are standard Yamaha, Plugs filter etc. The front disc is R6/R1 ( think up to 99 model)..

Plenty of upgrades around... I bought a Brisk spark plug for mine , seems to make a fair difference.... You have already seen the mods on VD I presume?

Everything else you may need , get from BSA Regal in Southampton , very good service..HTH
