hello
a lot of people have FRS radios
may i recomend that we use the frs channel 1 one in the usa
to make a call for other MZ riders that have showed up at the same
motorcycle related events
listen to channel 1 at the top of the hour ie 9 10 11 12
for 5 minutes ie 9:00 to 9:05 ect dont forget to call a couple
of times in this time period as well and at least once in the last min.
to catch any late shows
make sure the subtone or subchannel tone is off on channel one
so you can hear the cheap radios that dont have the tone function
to let any one that checks in from this website
know you do also
say "a single plays sweet music when played properly" as a password
to let the other guy know its not some one jurking his leg
those of you in other countries may have simular type radios
uk and europe
http://www.pmr446mania.com/en/index.html
do not bring any pmr 446 radios to the usa
they are in a ham radio band
and do not have any channels that are of use here even if your a ham operator
those of you in asia may have a simular radio service
ar dave
i will be calling at VMD at mid ohio race track friday and sat on channel 1
if any one is there _________________ Dave 2002 MZ RT125+95 Saxon Tour in WV USA "I like the road less traveled if it's PAVED!."
