I read about it yesterday. I was quite excited.
Why's the seat different? Is it an entire different seat and tank?
carbon stuff, I'm interested. I could also go crazy spending money on my bike. hey, you need to Ti stuff. That guy in the US that was selling Ti stuff for the Skorpion, he had the entire rear suspension link in Ti, a big chunk of it. I'm replacing some fasteners with Ti, already a few thousand bux. He's moved and not doing business right now, so I had to order the ones he hadn't had in stock (when I got them from him months ago) ...from..Pro-bolt - which are like twice the price. Anyway, it's pretty much the unsprung weight fasteners covered.

Carbon parts are front guard and rear hugger. We are still discussing maybe a carbon tank cover as a complete carbon tank would be silly money and not affordable for most people. Yes there is a complete seat unit being fitted. It's a single seat unit that's been made and is available to buy noe but you'll have to wait and see what you think, after all you might hate it! Ti stuff is actually a Ti-Force twin exhaust system, that you'll have to wait and see aswell. There will be some other mods too....keep ya posted!

So.... dual exhausts...no need to worry about the collector. (just about where to route the second pipe.)
The guy on the right in that photo, on the Honda ...interesting boots, they look lighter than mx/boots, looks like only 2 buckles. ? and AKITO and SWIFT leathers, I've never heard of them.

Yes, I saw a remark by a european the other day, that they had more gear available than in the USA. Odd, given that the USA usually has more of everything. (ok, I know that's not the best choice of words.)
I know Kushitani and RS Taichi, and the big-name big-marketing brands like A*stars and so on, but... hmmm.
I've been reading again lately about the CE/PPE standard thing, and looking at Scott Leathers, etc. Too expensive when you include shipping and import duty.
Anyway, never mind american and european, the best leather gear is still english and japanese.
PS: you don't happen to know what those boots are?

I spoke to someone at Slipstream about this bike at the Broden Track when it was being raced. I seem to remember the sub frame was a alloy one.
