Anyone know a US source for '96 Skorpion tail lite lens or cross reference?

Jim,
I know that on MZOG@yahoo.com there is a parts reference list. You'll
have to join to access. I think the Buell is similar(on the Tour anyway)
I had broken one a few years ago,and got one from a racer as a take off.
Also i've seen some that use an LED type light..if mine goes again, that
is the route I'll take....

Thanks Chip, I'm thinking the Skorpion sport takes a different tail lens than the Traveller & Tour - Anybody know for sure? I'm also interested if anyone has located an LED type that might fit - this thing eats bulbs !!

Quite sure you are correct, There are many types of LED lights available
on line.
You may want to try Airtech Streamling in Ca.,their online catalog has
a few lights that should work with a bit of niggling..

here is one of my fav tricks to make 12volt lamps run longer
back to back diodes 7/10th volt drop per pair
1.4 volts 2 pair

see drawing below

ps makes bulbs in insterment clusters last a very long time

I Just got a stock taillight setup that I ordered from a local dealer 8 weeks ago, and they charged me out the arce $150.00!!! Shocked , but in the box was 2 lenses. I will sell you the other one if you want it. PM me if you're interested...

I dropped my lens (Skporpion Tour) and was able to fit the one from Guzzi V11 (converted to race bike for now...)
It seems Ducati Monter is using the same one too
