There is debate going on with this over at mzog.com (yahoo groups)
Actually, not so much a debate as a discussion of single carb conversions
no one apparently has done the Edelbrock yet....that I am aware of,however, there is a guy in New York(I believe) that was building a road
race Skorpion and had actually purchased one..where it stands at tis time
is not known by me...
should work ok,as well as the TM42 Mikuni conversions from Bikeworx.

I will have a used pair of 35MM x 35MM Keihin FCR's for sale in the near future. Do you have a Skorpion or Baghira? They fit the Skorpion better than the Baghira. _________________ 2000 Skorpion Tour (bought new, died at 47,000 miles-small end rod failure)

I take it that you are not pleased with your Keihin set up? _________________ Dave

To answer dthemic, I have had the Keihin FCR carbs on my Skorpion and one of my Baghiras and was very pleased with the performance. However on the Baghira, there is a clearance problem with the accelerator pump and exhaust. I will post them for sale here soon with all the details. It will be an excellent opportunity for a Skorpion owner.... _________________ 2000 Skorpion Tour (bought new, died at 47,000 miles-small end rod failure)
