I am comming to the states next year to visit a friend in Fort Worth, Dallas Texas. Not sure when, but prob between July and November.
As I am travelling a few miles to be there, maybe you could take the short ride down

Hi all
Just checking in to see if all who wanted a copy have recieved it. If I forgotten any one please poat here and I will try to send a copy via your e-mail address.
BTW I have just ordered a copy of the parts manual, unfortunatly it wont arrive until after christmas. If any one wants part number then please ask, giving a description of parts required and I will see if I can past teh required number. I have a page that covers most of the front wheel and interstingly it lists the bearing numbers, ie front wheel bearings are DIN 625-6003 2RS, so should be handy for getting bearing straight from your local bearing factor.

I never got the fork manual pdf!!
also- I'd love a copy of the other parts manual as well.
Does anyone have the workshop manual?
OK to email files to me at hulagun@hotmail.com, or send me an email and I'll respond with ftp instructions and you can dump it to my website.
Thanks

As previously stated, I can only send the fork manual via e-mail. Please let me know if you have not recieved a copy that you have requested yat and I will send it asap.
I do have copies of the SZR660 manual (same engine as teh Baghira Mastiff) in pdf format and the parts manual in bmp format, but cannot e-mail it due to the size of the files.
Please pm e for further details.

Hey Guys, I'd love to have a copy as well ( martin66@mindspring.com ).
I also need to know if anyone changed the front end on the Mastiff/Baghira to something else ( Ohlins, Bitubo, WP, CRF, YZ, KTM or any other config. ), 'cause that'll be my next thing to do on my Mastiff. My main concern is the triple clamp tree...is it difficult to swap, or - to be precise - what else would possibly fit on it w/o mucho modification? _________________ "Reality means nothing to me" |

Hi, don't know if anyone is interested but I shortened the preload spacer 6mm as well as dropping them through the yokes a further 12mm [you will need spacers under the handlebar clamps] also reduce the air gap slightly, this makes the bike turn a little quicker due to a lower front end, and the decreased air gap reduces dive under braking |
