The SRX600 is a nice looking bike isn't it!!
About 2 years ago I did a nut n bolt restoration on it together with a single seat conversion and candy apple red paint, polished all yamaha logo's of engine cases, put BSA decals on the tank and tail(which really confused some people!!!!) from a '71 Victor, stainless front mudguard....could go on....But then rode it every day every night through winter for two years and now looks a bit sorry for its-self.
I'v just bought a really nice stainless exhaust from BSM for it and intend to strip...clean....polish....new paint....then rebuild.
I will post some pics of before, during and after for anyone whos interested. |
