how could you find someone not guilty? his van hit and killed 3 people. he was driving. he crossed the center line. WTF?

its probably the damn jury.
too sympathetic to a proably otherwise 'nice guy' who got in an accident.
and maybe the bikers were the 1%ers type?
jurors could easily be swayed by details like that, which is pathetic.
at the very least he should have been guilty of 3 counts of involuntary manslaughter, for which i'm sure a penalty would have been far greater than 70 bucks!

Lets see, $70.00 divide by 3 = $23.33. thats what our lives are worth.
what about the state Senator back east that killed a motorcyclist 4-5 years ago. After he passed away, the state wanted to re-name the SAME road where he Killed a motorcyclist after HIM!!!! That takes Balls.
