I need help after east coast atv modified the bike and added the new carbs they had to shim the gas tank to get the carbs in. now tha plastic won't line up .......................any sugestions

What kind of carbs did they install? What part of the carbs interferes with the tank? Is it the throttle linkage? I just installed a set of 35x35mm Keihin FCR's on my Baghira, it was a real tight fit, but I was able to get the gastank on after modifying the throttle bracket. I also had to modify the coolant ell on the right side, and the 10mm oil tube sticking out off the frame. I've put 2000 miles on it, it works.... |
