can you f%cKing believe it my free-wheel drum whent bang again today not in a week and its gone .wot do they make them from chesee. i didnt run it backwards or anything bad it just went pop when i started it so its back to BSA Regal spares for a new one ...

here is what i came up with after blowing mine twice

items 6 and 8 should be replaced also as any blemish on the grab face
of item 6 from a past failure can do a new one in


warning never remove item 7 from inside item 9 it will be destroyed

item 7 is part of item 9 from the factory
also dump a load of motor oil in the 7and 9 combo befor installing
item 6

hello i took my bike apart today and the free wheel is ok .but the two parts in red are not some of the teeth has snaped off both the free wheel gear and the 2 way slip gear so i'll have to wait until monday to findout how much it going to cost .

go see phil at bsa but dig deep in your piggy bank
also clean engine and do a new oilfilter

i am still having problems with mine running it's still
complaining about the bad load of gas it got on the trip
the other week
so i am off to the work shop to clean it out again
and try a 102.5 main jet
