I my mechanic has been waiting on a rear master cylinder for my Skorpion for 4 weeks now. Does any body know a good way to get parts. I called a couple of dealers and they are all having the same problem. _________________ 01 Sport Cup

I have had good results with phil at BSA regal too. I usually email him with a request for a quote, then after I get the quote I call him with a credit card #. 5 days if he has the part in stock 10 days if he has to get it from the factory.. |

I use BSA Regal for all my MZ parts. They are only 535 miles from where I live. If I place an order before 1 am the bits arrive the next day. Had to wait a week for a part that wasent in sock. Terrific srvice and Phill really knows his stuff on these bikes.

Another BSA regal fan here!
Exceptionally helpful (Phil and Mark), everything I've needed so far was on the shelf - great service, advice and even faxed me a troubleshooting list with extra notes added for my non starter problem

I'm going to throw a plug in for SFMoto, in (where else?) San Francisco. It's the dealership I've been dealing with for the past year. Good guys, know their SMs (they actually raced a 125SM on the local tracks), and parts takes 5-10 days. They will even ship to your door. Ph: 415-255-3132
Not to take anything away from Phil (sure he's a great guy), but with the Euro shooting out of control (or US$ dropping, depending on how you look at it!), it's nice to find an American dealer to help you out.
btw, the supply-chain problems of old have been sorted out. Apparently the Florida-based MZ-N.A. office was causing shipping delays; now everything in North America comes direct from Germany. _________________ Relax. You'll live longer. |

Umm Phil and BSA Regal are in teh UK. We arnt in the Euro yet. Still pounds here .
I wonder if your spares dealer gets his spares from them
BTW spoke to Phil just over a week ago and spares production and bike assembly for teh 125 is apperently all going to be moved to the parents companies country, Maylasia I think. Could make the supply chain for spares even longer

I called SFMoto today (mainly because there had been no response from phil@bsa-regal.co.uk to an email I sent a couple of weeks ago) about starter clutch parts for my 125SX, and the man said they order their parts from Germany. He also said it would be approximately 7 business days to get the stuff after they order from Germany.

Phil had a sort time of sick followed by 2 or 3 days holiday. He is definatly back now. I went to see him and he had the 125 starter clutch in stock.
