Here the pics of my bike....
the Back mudguard had been removed and the air box had been removed too... battery located in the middle...

I had some problem with the block which the water jacket leaking from the outside, so i solved the problem with gasket sealant.... till now it works fine..

Will update more pics later...

what piston did you use and did you use a steel liner or have some one
redo the nycil bore in the alunium cylinder

i used the local bike 175cc piston... and rebore using hardened steel liner which pin end piston also need to be mod....

i also did smoke post and polish for intake and exhaust... tommorow im going to replace my carb. I havent decided what type of carb to change so i will try a few type of carbs and see which is the best.

MZ had a bug in the ignition... try to replace the ignition relay which is beside the CDI (white colour relay which had 5 pins) you can replace it to a normal automobile relay which you only use 4 pin.

2 pin for the relay coil and 2 pin for NO (normally open).

it improves the idling because the original relay had some current restriction in it which that 12v in but 5 - 8v out only and sometimes 3v only, then it will make some misfiring during idling.
